What is getting coached?

Want to get faster? Want to get fit? Do you need a little help in hitting your endurance goals? Working with a coach might be the step you need to hit those targets. You and your goals require a personal plan that is built around you. A plan that fits your life and is adaptable to you as an individual, with direct communication to your coach. Peak: One on One Endurance Coaching

  • Open access to a coach

    • Scheduled calls, daily emails, text message, video call

  • Unlimited guidance on the execution of your plan, training and race targets, tech set-up and use, and more

  • A custom training plan delivered to you with constant analysis and needed adjustment

  • One-time swim analysis

Build: Endurance Training Plan

  • Customized training plan based around your A and B race dates

  • Weekly access to your coach for guidance and adjustment of your training plan via email, scheduled call, or TrainingPeaks

  • Monthly video call

Base: Universal Training Plan

  • A basic and easy to follow plan designed around your specific needs

  • Based on the time to your target A and B races, the plan will follow a typical periodization model and then become more specific leading up to the race date.

  • Any access to the coach for adjustment requires subscription to another level of coaching or a coach consultation charge.

  • Onboarding video conference

About Me

Coach Neal Bayless is an 80/20 Endurance Certifed Coach, USAT Age Group Nationals Qualifer, and age group podium finisher across almost every distance of on and off road triathlon. Over the past 20 years, he has coached athletes ranging from sprint to Xterra off-road triathlons, as well as seasoned long-course finishers.
